Delivery and ReturnsProduct availability Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the payment being validated/received. Should the product not be in stock please allow 2- 4 weeks. This delay is because all the products are made by hand by small teams of people. We have to allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, Babazeka CC will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule. Delivery Policy When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website. Shipping All goods are shipped by a courier service to the stipulated address. This will cost a small fee of R50. Please make sure that you provide the correct shipping address as risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Undeliverable packages Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Order processing We will not pack and send an order until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. Export restriction For now, the goods we are selling on this website are available to South African customers only. If you are a foreign customer and are interested in buying products, please email us because we are currently investigating export opportunities. Refunds/returns Policy The provision of goods and services by Babazeka CC is subject to availability. Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. Should you, for any reason, wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 10% handling fee. You must advise us via email of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be made by the person who placed the original purchase. If a product is damaged or flawed on receiving it, please inform Babazeka within 48 hours of receipt. We will either make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us and get a replacement sent to you on our account or alternatively we may refund you in full for the damaged product. Note: Babazeka CC recommends that you use Berco Express or Speed Service Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered. All products are sold within a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. We will then issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs will be for your account. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days. Payment Options and Pricing All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Babazeka CC endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and delivery charges (on the day of purchase). Babazeka CC reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Credit Card We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise the electronic transfer method (EFT), or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you're ready! Sorry for the inconvenience. EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to "Checkout" and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Babazeka CC as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.
